With 25+ years of real-world business development, an MSc in Marketing, EMCC-accredited executive coaching credentials, and approval as a UK Government Help to Grow Mentor, I’ve built a reputation for delivering results that actually move the needle - not just nice conversations.
My Private Executive Mentoring & Advisory Work involves working 1:1 with a small number of clients who are ready for the next level. I combine board-level strategy, high-value introductions, and deep accountability to help them accelerate revenue, step into bigger leadership roles, and build the right network.
Alongside this, I founded The Growth Network, a business community and events platform across Belfast, Newry, Dundalk and Dublin - which serves as a powerful ecosystem and social proof for the work I do privately. Private clients automatically receive VIP access and priority introductions from every room I create.
My Why
Growing up, I struggled with confidence and often felt like I didn’t quite fit in. Those experiences taught me exactly how isolating it can feel when you’re trying to grow but don’t have the right people or clarity around you. That’s why I became obsessed with creating better rooms, better conversations, and genuine opportunities for good people in business.
From organising music nights at 15 to founding Newry City Tours, running The Growth Company, sitting as Non-Executive Director (Marketing) at Newry Credit Union, lecturing in business and mentoring through the Help to Grow Management programme - everything I’ve done has been about one thing: helping people move forward faster through trust, strategy and the right connections.
I’ve been fortunate to be recognised with two All-Ireland Business Foundation (AIBF) Business All-Star Awards, shortlisted as Freelancer of the Year, and nominated for Entrepreneur of the Year - but the real reward is watching a single introduction or strategic shift genuinely change someone’s business and life.
